Kim M. Elsesser, Ph.D., is a Research Scholar at the Center for the Study of Women at UCLA. Her research focuses on gender issues in the workplace with particular emphasis on female leaders, sexual harassment, workplace romance, social support, cross-sex friendships, and gender discrimination.
